I'm so glad you've made it here! I'm Alison Powell - a writer, teacher and creativity coach. I've been running WriteClub's creative writing workshops, novel writing courses and co-writing bootcamps (think warm cosy online spaces to get to your writing...not running up hills with heavy weight-vests!) and 1-1 coaching for more than a decade now so you're in the right place if you'd like some support with your writerly goals.
I believe that everyone has a right to write and my personal mission is to support you in finding your voice and setting your words free.

Lots of WriteClub's workshops and courses are delivered via the WriteClub Zoom Room which means you can join wherever you are. I also love delivering face-to-face workshops and retreats and regularly deliver these in the lovely city of Bristol in the South West of England. You can find out about WriteClub's core sessions on this website, but keep an eye on the newsletter (Sign up here!) and Instagram pages to find out about one-off events like coffee mornings and Write Together sessions.
